ABOUT US. JCLA is a nimble, design-driven landscape architecture practice in historic Baltimore and the Chesapeake Bay watershed. We design campuses, gardens and civic spaces for public agencies, educational institutions, and mission-driven clients. Our work extends throughout the United States, embracing the unique ecologies and regional character of each setting.  Our team is motivated by a sense of responsibility to serve communities and regenerate ecological function. Collaboration, innovation and collegiality are foundational to our firm culture.

The ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and project management skills, maintaining professionalism and discipline throughout their work.
