Civil Engineer / Site Planner
Join a creative, collaborative team of designers in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Site Resources is an award-winning multidisciplinary firm with a diverse portfolio including higher education, parks and recreation, K–12 schools, healthcare, and other public and private projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with civil engineers, landscape architects, and designers on a variety of site development projects.
Lead projects from concept through construction while managing schedules, budgets, and quality.
Prepare and oversee site/civil construction documents, specifications, and permit plans.
Design grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and utility systems in accordance with Maryland regulations.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to client relationships and business development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with a civil engineering or multidisciplinary design firm preferred.
Professional licensure or active pursuit thereof.
Experience with Maryland stormwater management and erosion and sediment control design, permitting and land development regulations.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
