Volunteer Opportunity: NDC Seeks Landscape Architect

York Road Façade Improvements

Are you interested in retail district revitalization and supporting Black-owned businesses? The York Road Initiative is looking to build upon the 2015 York Road Corridor Vision and Action Plan with designs and funding for façade improvements for local business owners in the 5400 and 5500 blocks of York Road. The group aims to support local business owners with sprucing up their storefronts and making the corridor more cohesive as a whole. We are looking for experienced architects and landscape architects with an interest in community development and retail design to join these efforts.
