Program Director for Environmental Resilience and Landscape Design

Neighborhood Design Center is currently seeking a Landscape Architect to lead a collaborative, mission-driven team working on Maryland green infrastructure programs and projects from streetscapes and landscape design to urban forestry. As a Program Director, you are team, project, client, and business leader. You develop NDC's practice area focused on green infrastructure. This role is for a leader who loves community-centered work and gets excited about managing mission-focused green infrastructure projects and an extremely dedicated team of design and urban forestry professionals. Within this work, you develop and manage a significant portfolio of programs and projects with a commitment to people and mission, backed by business acumen. This position requires the ability to build and advance a vision for community-driven environmental resilience appropriate to NDC and our partners, manage multiple programs and projects, oversee a collaborative design team, foster partnerships, and demonstrate knowledge of innovative and best practices in the field.
This is a full time, salaried position. The Program Director reports to the Executive Director, works a flexible 40 hour work week, and will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
