Position Overview

We are seeking two talented and motivated Landscape Architects to join our team. Successful candidates will be responsible for the planning, design, and coordination of landscape projects from concept through construction, working collaboratively with

clients, business associates, consultants, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

Entry Level-with full supervision

• Conduct project relevant research and site analysis.

• Develop drawings for concepts, master plans, and detailed construction documents.

and assist in the following tasks.

Mid Level – with minimum supervision

In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities for entry level landscape architect,

• Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates

• and integrate environmental, cultural, and regulatory considerations

• Coordinate with project team/business associates’ architects, engineers, and planners, and assist in the following tasks.

Senior Level – project design, planning and management

In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities,

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, design reviews, and proposal preparation.

• Ensure designs comply with office core vision, local codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Support construction phase services, including site visits, respond to RFI, and review of products, materials, and certifications.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program

• Entry Level: 0 to 3 years Mid- Level: 4 to 8 years Senior Level: 9 years+

• Landscape architect licensure or progress toward licensure and/or LEED AP certification preferred.

• SITE certification is a plus.


Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience (applicable to all three levels of position).

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Creative Suite, GIS, 3D visualization tools – SketchUp, Chaos, Lumion, etc.

• Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills.

• Capability of working on all phases of design: planning, concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents.

• Experience with urban design / public realm / residential / hospitality /mixed-use development/transportation related landscape projects.

• Knowledge of planting design, hardscape design, materials, products, and grading and drainage.

• Experience with sustainable design practices and assisting in the certification of LEED or similar frameworks

• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and graphic) and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively (senior level only).

• Some understanding of AI assisted practice is a plus (not a requirement).
