JOB DESCRIPTION: In this role, the landscape architect will collaborate with our team to provide a comprehensive range of professional services to clients. Responsibilities include master planning and technical design of parks, garden and campuses, developing preliminary design concepts, digital modeling, landscape visualization, technical documentation, grading design, planting design, and construction detailing—as well as public outreach and stakeholder engagement. Occasional air travel and driving to project sites will be required.
QUALIFICATIONS: We are seeking driven, self-motivated, and enterprising candidates who are passionate about design. The ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and project management skills, maintaining professionalism and discipline throughout their work. Demonstrating design excellence and sophisticated design-thinking is essential, particularly within our primary market sectors: campus design, park/civic design, and public/private gardens. Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills are a must. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Proficiency in a range of applications including AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, and various digital modeling and rendering programs is expected. Knowledge of Revit or BIM/SIM applications is a plus. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture is required.
