MD ASLA maintains a strong partnership with the accredited landscape architecture programs at the University of Maryland and Morgan State University. With students today facing the prospect of an uncertain job market due to COVID-19, it’s critically important for our professional community to support these emerging professionals. Through our portfolio review, students will have the opportunity to present their resumes and portfolios to landscape architecture professionals during individualized sessions to get feedback on content, organization, and overall effectiveness. Our digital resume and portfolio review via Zoom will be on Thursday, June 11, 12 to 2 pm. We are actively seeking reviewers from the MD ASLA professional community!
Students will be paired with 1-2 professionals for each breakout session, during which they will be able to present resumes and portfolios by screen-sharing. Reviewers will provide feedback and answer any questions you have about your materials or the field in general. We will ask that you submit your resume and portfolio during registration so that reviewers have the opportunity to get familiar with your work in advance. Students can register here.
