CPC Midyear Meeting

Midyear Meeting will take place at the Grand Hyatt Washington April 26-29.  There is a DC METRO stop accessible from within the hotel to accommodate your Hill visits and the hotel is just a short walk to the ASLA Center for Landscape Architecture, at 636 Eye Street NW, Washington, D.C., 20001.

 

Registration and Advocacy:  Please go here to register for the Midyear Meeting and Advocacy Day.

Hotel Reservations: You may make your hotel reservations by going here or by calling 1-888-421-1442. The room rates at the Grand Hyatt are $289 per room, per night, single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes ($330.91 inclusive). Reservations must be made by Friday, March 31.

Reimbursement:

ASLA reimbursement policy is half the room rate (including tax) - which is $165.46 per night. For CPC, check in is on Wednesday, April 26, and check out for is Saturday, April 29. All participants must stay at the Grand Hyatt to be eligible for reimbursement. Chapter presidents and president-elects (or equivalent chapter officer) will be reimbursed for travel and lodging expenses (based on ½ the double occupancy rate).  The standard deduction of two hundred ($200) dollars also applies.
