CALL FOR PROJECTS: 2022 ASLA Regional Conference

The water is rising, the heat is punishing, and our infrastructure and ecological systems are teetering on collapse. The impacts of global warming are here, and they're only going to intensify. What can landscape architects do to help? What are we doing NOW to help?

Potomac ASLA, Maryland ASLA, and Virginia ASLA are presenting a virtual Regional Climate Action Summit, June 9-10, and we need YOUR best works to showcase our responses to the challenges of our warming world.

If you have a project that represents climate change adaptation or mitigation, click here to submit your project by March 9 for consideration by the committee.

You just need one paragraph with details about your project and how it addresses climate change adaptation or mitigation. A small number of projects will be featured in a panel discussion with other practitioners. Your work will provide inspiration to each of us grappling with how to provide effective and imaginative responses in the face of a looming crisis.

Help us make our 2022 virtual Regional Climate Action Summit relevant and interesting by submitting your projects for consideration by March 9! There's no fee to submit. All that's needed is your willingness to share your knowledge.

Click here to submit your project.

Potomac Chapter ASLA activities are presented with generous support from our 2022 Annual Sponsors: Country Casual Teak,Landscape Forms, Olson Weaver Lighting Design & Install, and Victor Stanley, Inc.
